Join our free weekly Comfort Health Run Club, led by our physiotherapist and coach Dan. Perfect for runners who want to push their limits, train with purpose, and see real improvements.

What We Do

We meet every Thursday at 6:15pm for focused sessions that build speed, strength, and endurance. Training alternates weekly between:

  • Hill Reps: improve power, technique, and resilience

  • Intervals: build speed, pacing, and aerobic fitness

In the summer, we also host a relaxed Social 5K, open to all levels.
