Our one-to-one personal training sessions are designed around your individual needs, experience and ambitions. With expert guidance and exercises suited to your ability, you can build strength, improve fitness and develop confidence in your training. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to take your performance to the next level, we’ll help you work towards your goals.
Your personal training sessions will be led by Bridget ‘Biddy’, an experienced physiotherapist and personal trainer who combines clinical expertise with practical strength and fitness coaching. This means your training programme can take into account your movement, previous injuries, current fitness and long-term goals.
Personal training with a physio can be particularly beneficial if you have a history of injury, persistent aches or concerns about exercising safely. Biddy can help you choose appropriate exercises, refine your technique and progress your training at the right pace. Equally, you don’t need to have an injury to benefit. If you want to become fitter, stronger or more confident in the gym, you’ll receive the same personalised support and expert coaching.
Personal training with a physiotherapist can be an effective way to bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and returning to your usual activities. If you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing a musculoskeletal problem or rebuilding strength after a period of reduced activity, your sessions can focus on improving mobility, strength, control and tolerance to exercise.
Physio-led personal training can also help you prepare for the physical demands of sport, work and everyday life. By identifying areas to develop and incorporating targeted strength and conditioning exercises, Bridget can help you build resilience and reduce the risk of recurring injuries. Whether you want to return to running, get back to the gym or feel more confident in your everyday movement, your programme will be tailored to your needs.
Personal training isn’t just for injury rehabilitation. If your goal is to improve general fitness, build muscle, increase strength, improve cardiovascular fitness or work towards aesthetic and body composition goals, our one-to-one personal training sessions can help you get there.
Your programme may include progressive resistance training, functional strength exercises, conditioning and balance work, depending on your goals. Bridget will guide your technique, adapt exercises to your ability and help you progress as your fitness develops. With individual coaching, structure and accountability, you can build sustainable exercise habits and make meaningful progress towards your health and fitness goals.

Train with a friend, partner or small group while still benefiting from Bridget’s expertise as an experienced physiotherapist and personal trainer. Sessions can be tailored to your shared goals, whether you want to build strength, improve fitness or make exercise part of your routine, with individual guidance to help everyone work at their own level.
If you prefer an even larger group setting, our physio-led strength and longevity classes offer another way to improve your fitness, balance and long-term health.
Longevity is about more than simply living longer. It’s about staying active, capable and independent as you age. Our physio-led longevity classes focus on the key areas that help you maintain your quality of life. These include strength, balance, coordination and functional fitness.
Each session uses a circuit-style format with exercises designed to support everyday movement. You’ll work on practical skills such as squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling and balancing. Bridget will guide you through each exercise, check your technique and help you find the right level of challenge. As your fitness improves, you can gradually progress.
The aim is simple: to help you build the strength and confidence you need to keep doing the things you enjoy.
Our longevity and strength classes suit adults who want to improve their fitness and look after their long-term health.
You don’t need to be particularly fit to get started. Bridget can adapt exercises to suit your current ability and help you progress at a comfortable pace.
Our classes welcome people who want to improve strength, balance, fitness and long-term health. Whether you’re starting a new exercise routine or looking to maintain your strength as you age, we’ll help you work at a level that suits you.
