Katharine is a fully qualified Massage Therapist who specialises in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Swedish and Hot Stone Massage. She is also trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Dry Cupping Therapy. She is a fully registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapist.
Her diverse skillset allows her to use a blend of trigger point and deep tissue techniques, with gentle relaxation and breathwork to help to create a personalised and uniquely beneficial experience for each individual.
