Katharine is a fully qualified Massage Therapist who specialises in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Swedish and Hot Stone Massage. She is also trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage so will soon be offering this at Comfort Health. She is a fully registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapist.
Her diverse skillset allows her to use a blend of trigger point and deep tissue techniques, with gentle relaxation and breathwork to help to create a personalised and uniquely beneficial experience for each individual.
