Biddy is a fully chartered Physiotherapist registered with the CSP and HCPC. She studied at Cardiff University before working across multiple NHS specialties including musculoskeletal care, elective orthopaedics and trauma, neurology, respiratory, medical and elderly care. She is also qualified as a level 4 Sports Massage therapist and has provided post event care to athletes at the London marathon and Cardiff half.
Biddy is currently enrolled in Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning courses to develop her ability to prevent and treat sporting injuries. She is a keen gym goer herself, enjoys social running and plays netball in the Avon league.
She loves the outdoors and can be found hiking during the summer, and skiing in the winter. Her broad clinical experience and varied interests help her to understand your concerns and goals. She combines physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and sports massage techniques to deliver an individualised treatment approach, helping you stay active and keep doing what you love.

After a few months of limited mobility and pain in my shoulder and upper arm I visited Bridget for help. She gave me both the right recovery programme and self belief that it could be resolved. From the very first visit I started to see an improvement and a few visits on I have much better movement and hardly any pain now.
