 WHAT IS YOGA

So much more than a physical practice, Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that allows you to connect your mind with your body and your body with your mind. Focusing on building strength, flexibility and awareness, Yoga aims to boost physical and mental wellbeing through a range of postures, breathing techniques and mindful relaxation.

YOGA AT COMFORT HEALTH

Anna runs 1:1 and small group yoga sessions at Comfort Health that are ideal for beginners or those who do not have a huge amount of yoga experience. She teaches Vinyasa & Hatha styles of yoga, offering dynamic classes that blend fast-moving flows to create heat, and longer holds to challenge both the body and mind. She offers a very high level of support, guidance and education, aiming to create fun, non-intimidating sessions that are tailored to each individual. Anna has an initial consultation prior to any new client sessions to find out exactly what you want to achieve and what your levels of experience are. She then creates personalised programmes to suit your ability, needs and goals.

Classes can either be 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1, so if you’d like to bring some friends along to join you, that’s no problem! You’ll just need to ensure that each person has met with Anna for an initial consultation prior to the first session.

PRICES

1:1 Yoga Classes:
60 minutes – £50
90 minutes – £75

Blocks of 5 Classes:
60 minutes – £225 (saving £5 per class)
90 minutes – £425 (saving £5 per class)

Prices for small group classes to be provided upon request.
