Comfort Health offer a mobile physiotherapy service where you can be assessed and treated in the comfort of your own home.

What can we treat at your home?

We have extensive experience working with people with a range of issues, including:

  • Elderly people who live with or are at risk of frailty.
  • People who fall or are at risk of falling.
  • People who are bed bound and need help with mobility, transfers and equipment.
  • People who have had an operation or about to have one such as total hip replacement/total knee replacement for Osteoarthritis and need prehab/rehab.
  • People who have a neurological condition such as Parkinsons Disease, brain injury, stroke and multiple sclerosis.
  • People who have any long term condition which are common in later life.
  • People who struggle with breathlessness and live with a long term respiratory condition such as COPD/bronchiectasis.
  • We offer a holistic service with a lot of communication between the family members, carers, health professionals especially for complex cases or isolated elderly people

Meet The Team

To offer Home-Visits throughout Bristol, we have partnered together with Severn Physiotherapy to offer the ultimate home care services. Severn Physiotherapy is made of Kelly Steed and Skye Ramell.

Kelly is a fully qualified Physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She has a vast knowledge of injuries and has built up great hands-on skills to offer general physiotherapy as well as her more specialist treatments. Kelly offers support for people with respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis and other breathing disorders.

Skye qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2010 from the University of Southampton and has completed masters level study in Physical Assessment and Clinical Reasoning. Since qualifying she has worked in the NHS and private practice. She has experience in a range of specialties including women’s health, neurology, older people’s rehabilitation and respiratory care.

Once contact has been made with ourselves, Skye or Kelly will call you prior to your first visit.

Catchment area:

Kelly and Skye are able to see Patients in North, South and West Bristol, Portishead, North Somerset, North Devon, Taunton and surrounding towns. Other areas outside of these might be covered but for an additional cost. This will be clarified by your Physiotherapist when they call you prior to your visit.
