Kitty is a fully Chartered, experienced Physiotherapist registered with both the CSP and HCPC. She is an experienced physiotherapist having worked in a wide range of specialties within the NHS, including musculoskeletal outpatients, women’s health, trauma and orthopaedics.
Kitty has a breadth of experience within both physiotherapy and massage and has experienced consistent success in working with individuals with longstanding back and neck pain, sporting injuries and ante-natal and post-natal women suffering with pelvic or back pain.
She has a keen interest in enabling individuals to return to the sports that they love and draws on her personal competitive experience and passion for swimming, cycling and playing hockey. Kitty has also completed two half marathons and is currently in training for her next challenge of completing a triathlon.
Kitty utilises a combination of techniques such as physiotherapy, sports massage and tailoring of personal exercise programmes to empower people to return to their active lifestyles in a timely and effective manner.
