Anna offers personalised Remedial Massage & 1:1/Small Group Yoga sessions designed to help people feel, move and live better. She aims to build a long-term relationship with each of her clients; empowering them to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle and supporting them on a journey to gain a better understanding of their body & mind.
Anna loves working with the body and helping people create positive change in their lives. Working with client’s long term, she creates tailored treatment plans and classes to help people to achieve their goals and reach their optimum physical health.
Anna started out as an actress working in London and Europe professionally for 8 years and was drawn towards massage and yoga as a reaction to circumstances happening within her personal life. She didn’t realise at that time how much this would change her life, and in turn how much she would be able to help change others too. After training in Holistic and Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork, she then went on to complete her 200hr Teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga. Anna loves sharing the benefits of yoga and massage with others, helping them connect with their body and mind.
